盛济川,1984年生,江苏南京人,管理学博士,经济学博士后,河海大学商学院教授,博士生导师,南京林业大学数字林业与绿色发展研究院兼职研究人员。在Regional Studies、Environment and Planning A、Journal of Product Innovation Management、World Development、Ecological Economics等期刊发表论文80余篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,教育部人文社科项目1项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项,江苏省社会科学基金2项。担任Conservation Science and Practice(SCIE)、Humanities and Social Sciences Communications(SSCI/A&HCI)和Energy、Ecology and Environment(ESCI)等期刊的Associate Editor/Subject Editor、World Development、Ecological Economics、Journalof Hydrology、Political Geography等40多种期刊审稿人,墨尔本大学Honorary Fellow,墨尔本大学当代中国研究中心Associate,世界气象组织(WMO)专家网络成员,中国系统工程学会水利系统工程专委会委员,中国生态经济学会城市生态经济专委会委员,欧洲环境与资源经济学家协会(EAERE)会员,美国地理学家协会(AAG)会员,国际生态经济学协会(ISEE)会员,美国哥伦比亚大学和澳大利亚墨尔本大学访问学者。入选江苏省"333工程"第三层次培养对象(2018,2022)、江苏社科优青(2019)、江苏省"六大人才高峰"高层次人才(2017)和江苏省高校"青蓝工程"优秀青年骨干教师(2017)。主要研究方向为环境与生态管理、水资源管理、绿色创新。
